Above Big Sur

This as a plein air painting done during one of my many trips to the Carmel and Big Sur areas along the California coastline near Highway One. This is a view looking south from Rocky Point. I simply love the coast between Carmel and Big Sur and have painted many plein air paintings there during the last twenty-five years.
